Assembly Line Efficiency

The painting and coating bay is 5,080 feet, and located conveniently between the blasting and final assembly bays. We can move large projects quickly through each phase of completion, with specialized teams in each area to optimize quality and speed. We have a rigorous QA/QC program in place to ensure the highest standards are achieved on every project. Four painters can fit in the bay at any given moment, giving a complete coating before moving products through to assembly. A down draft air system is also utilized, allowing our teams to work in multiple colors without over spray.

Pipe & Equipment Modules

Pre-assembled, skid-mounted modules are the cost effective way to deliver oil and gas components. Our location provides manufacturing by certified welders (CWB certified) which gives us better control of quality and timelines. On-site development comes with higher labour costs and the inconvenience to your operations, not to mention introducing new safety concerns.

Pipe Fabrication

Equipped with latest in welding technology and produced by experienced, highly trained teams, Pyramid Process Fabricators creates exceptional piping systems. A complete in house team supported by drafting and design software can extract your needs directly from your supplied specifications. Technology has advanced so far as to automate most of the process, producing pipe spool drawings that are ready to be handed over to construction.

We have packages that support every separation need; whether removing materials from the gas stream, solids from liquids or separating different liquid types, we build every separator to ASME code specifications. Sand removal, Slug catchers and filter separators are all options that we support.

Direct heat, indirect heat, and with a variety of options, we will help construct the ideal heater for our needs. Glycol Dehydration

We build custom glycol dehydration systems to help remove water vapor from natural gas streams. A very helpful process to help minimize corrosion and prevent hydrate formation, contactors pump Glycol to absorb water from wet gas in a continuous process. These systems are designed to your requirements, and we will help build the ideal product for the type of natural gas stream you operate.

Amine Sweetening

We design packages to help remove hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2) from your natural gas streams. This is critical to meeting required pipeline specifications, and we can build amine sweetening packages to accomplish this. Available to meet a variety of diameters, pressures and flow rates; our systems are extremely efficient and tailored to your requirements.
